I'm an auditor for an Accounting firm. Let me tell you that more often than not audits end up taking longer than expected.

There are many variables:how experienced their auditors are in this particular industry, how experienced POTN's management and staff are at being audited, logistics/plannings of meetings, communications with 3rd parties, etc.


In addition to some of the normal mishaps, it is TAX SEASON and I'm sure plenty the firm(s) handling their audit aren't using 100% of their resources on POTN's audit but instead on tax clients.
