The way the letters states things, it sounds like it would be a matter of time to get everything resolved. With them saying they have all the legal documentation and someone at OTC giving them the run around. If all the documents are valid then it's a resolvable situation.

I don't get the point of the first page and a half of the letter, if only to say in the last sentence that they're moving to another entity.
If it's all a giant misunderstanding, then why walk away like that?
I don't believe otcmarkets is right, but i also don't believe what Harry's saying either.
Very strange situation. . .
