Part of the debt reorganization will need to take place. But if you are looking at an IPO vs. Reverse Merger, My take is that this is following the path of a Reverse Merger. They are by-passing the lengthy and expensive process of an IPO and I believe they have the private company lined-up. Time will tell at this point.Good luck!!
