What does it mean? What does it mean? I just got home from work so I haven't read the 10-K but it doesn't sound good. So do these numbers make the current share price and market cap more accurate?

You know to me it comes down to this; someone has compared all of AMDA's numbers every quarter to nothing more than market testing, research, and proof of concept; a smoke screen. In other words they're not really trying.... So it comes down to this for me. Is all of this just preparation for the merger with Zimmer or is the CEO, Board of Directors, and sales team so inept that they can't sell a great product???

We all have to decide for ourselves.
