That is just what I said...using an already existing ticker to turn Perfect Circle into a public company.

I'm aware of what it takes to become current..it takes a lot of dough and time. Especially when off the grid a couple years.


Again, not debating on whether they are going to make money...simply saying it isn't an IPO. It is more like a reverse merger.
