5- clear goal...for now to OTCQB
6- no mention of dilution. No mention of other b.s. we want to hear. Straight arrow guy and a solid company.

Believe me
.there were some spectacular 10k....but never delivered.

TIM is all right in my book.
No mention of some fake projections or fake info...or else...we face the music and consequences later...

Overall, I like the 10k. Positive, no hard sell.
