From what I can tell google searching, Spencer Payne is 22 years old and has spent the last 4 years in school at Radford University focusing on Financial Services. Can't find much on George or Andrew.

It does appear that Spencer and Andrew have been long term buddies. Here's a link to an article that has both of their names in it from the 1st grade!
