invest1011, you can say that about any penny stock. Worthless info. They are all a crapshoot.
Also, why would they offer audited financial info in 4 weeks if they didn't actually have it. Pretty dumb. If anyone wants to know the O/S or A/S, simply call their transfer agent for a update. Transfer Agent:
