Yea. I got a hold of him ONE time, about a year ago, and thick a good word for it. They must be working hard. I mean it's basically two employees. Their salary is minimal. I think that's why they do it this way and struggle so much. Trying to keep costs down and then stuff gets backlogged. Not an excuse, just seems like the reality
With this scaling so fast, more employees will soon be needed.. they have to be working hard in the meantime...
