10-K should be released tomorrow all though I suspect they may require an NT 10-K for late filing. The volume has increased on sell side the last few days and I am not selling so is it dilution or is Anson selling? I haven’t looked at the SEC filings recently to remember if there’s an ATM in place. Either way, today’s 20%+ decline is on an odd lot of 164 shares or $5.54. Fantastic manipulation. Maybe I’ll buy more today? :-/
