I feel bad for the position Rik is in right now. I agree that although he is a brilliant chemist, his business and marketing skills could be improved. One guy can not do everything, it's impossible.

The problem is, last time he trusted people to look after those parts of the business, they f***ed it up.

If he finds the right marketing people, I see dollars here!
