the 8k just released was a hyped non event, nothing new ....buy the rumor, sell the news?

Also:according to dec 8k,

bizrite will receive up to 650M shares of sgmd (plus $6M cash)
Sgmd has current os of 250M shares
so bizrite will own over 50% of shares and therefore be the actual owner of sgmd with an os around 1B shares by that time
