Explain to me (and it better be good) how a company using shares to EXPAND AND GROW the business is a bad and reckless thing??? That’s precisely the reason companies go public! Management is conscious to do everything possible to keep the share structure low. Look at how many companies issue BILLIONS of shares. $RXMD actually cares about shareholders.
