Looks like some fingers are getting itchy, some patience is wearing thin; more than 200,000 shares are on the ASK.

The possibility of an extended period of inactivity in the courts is most troubling. Our vehicle for information is PACER, but no court activity, no information from PACER.

Human nature, even among the "knowing" GERSlanders is going to drift to frustration if there is an extended period of NOTHING. All it will take is one or two of the heavily positioned GERSlanders to lose faith and/or are willing to capitalize on a small gain over their penny average PPS. If that happens we could see several large blocks of 500,000 - 1,000,000 shares up for sale. This could appear to be the start of the dreaded dilution that has plagued this stock for years. This would surely drive almost every one to the hills and the PPS to dreadfully low levels.
