Sadly not. The SEC doesn't give a damn about penny stock manipulation. Its been going on for decades, and it will continue. You could probably find millions of examples during the last 10 or more years of insidious, direct lies told on these message boards for and against small stocks.

How many SEC prosecutions are there, by comparison? What has the SEC ever
done about obvious, blatant naked short selling? Very little.
