As you know, articles and blog posts on platforms that include Seeking Alpha and others reflect the interpretations, assumptions, speculation and opinions of the authors who write them. Geron stands by its prior disclosures and does not intend to comment on such articles, whether negative or positive.
We are aware of the press releases from various law firms referencing a recent article. This is a common practice of such law firms whenever any company’s stock price drops. Our legal counsel is monitoring the situation, and we will not provide any further comments on this matter.
In the future, when mature overall survival data are available for IMbark, we expect that such data will be submitted by in full for presentation or publication in the appropriate forum, which is a medical conference or peer-reviewed scientific journal, and will then be available to investors and the public.
