No 10K yet could come today since the 31 in on Saturday if not I guess have to wait till Monday. Did have some short and two sellers for 12K shares must have been flippers and it had not moved quick enough for them, who knows. The only flipper I thought we had was the 30K block at .1660 I think they got that like week week and a half ago @.128 I didn't think this stock had so many flippers anymore last year when it was bouncing in between .04 and .14 but since then no.

The shares sold to the bid were short and the shares in the black hole I call it (orders that do not show) MMs bought the .1045 .105 etc none for me on my .105 bid that's not showing?????

Even when the Q1 earnings were released everyone knew it would be a loss and still no selloff the loss was smaller that what was expected only $150K then bumped up to earning again in Q2 and it increased again in Q3 so it traded nice and steady pretty much for the year .14 .18 the new low being .10 from the previous years .04 the .09 we hit a week ago from a short sale I do not even count nor the 100 share paint @.093

Saker has done wonders even showing a profit this year and since that acquisition got up running and streamlined so quickly have to give hats off to management. Then with the share buyback and the new credit line for another acquisition its rocking. I cannot figure it out we show any earnings over a penny and we are a rarity on the OTC its trading for half book value its like buying $10 bills for $5 why short it at that point doesn't make sense. Why would an investor sell lower than what the company is buying shares for, duh?

Float locked up by long term shareholders that increased share value by more than 100% year over year without wild price swings why in heavens name would a short think this would be a good stock to short. Sorry to ramble the market is like human nature and it fascinates me to try and figure out whats goes through traders/shorts minds.

Ok, off to peruse the headlines and see what if there is any action on the big board of note or if there are going to be any momo runners in trips land to latch onto for a train ride.
