It is 1 mil shares to be issued..(lets see if that really happens...)
- Simple cork is meh! would not surprise me to see that transaction unwind
- Rich Davis may be on the way out..hmmmmmm...
he doesnt even bother to update otc markets with their new name and business description..he's a lazy son of a gun...this stock will succeed in spite of him and without him..stay tuned..
