Two things JUMP out of the company statement today: ONE: 477,441,751 Shares Outstanding as of today, not terrible BUT if all warrants that are issued to date are exercised that count moves up just a slight amount to 1,519,760,607 shares outstanding (or more)! TWO: "These circumstances create material uncertainty and cast substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern." is also an excerpt from the company statement too. These two things should send EVERYONE to the exits on this stock ASAP! Mark my words within a month, if the warrants continue to be exercised, this will be a SUB-PENNY stock! Sorry but those are the facts! I'm out as of early today in the pre-open session, I saw it coming today, GOOD LUCK ALL, save what you can!
