I don't agree that this should be "not that hard" to sell. The idea that CBC is no longer secure will not be quickly admitted by those with a stake in the status quo. They will try to stall and come up with their own solutions before admitting that they might need Cipherloc.
But once one significant player comes on board, the dam of opinion will break and the way will open to the possibility of Cipherloc becoming an industry standard. If THAT happens, the sky's the limit.
I think I'll hold on and see.
