Agreed. I haven't watched this stock for very long but I don't think this is any sort of 'new' dilution. If it was, it would be a much lower number.
Often times brokers on the floor of NYSE will process OTC trades after the bell. If this is the case (which i think it is), it shows that big players are investing into this. If it was to support funding, that is also very positive because of the value per share.

Either scenario is encouraging. I've accumulated over the last few days so looking forward to how this is going to play out.
