Majority of dumpage is debt.

The company has no money for an acquisition.

After operating expenses, the company barely has any money to carry out their ridiculous buy back claim.

The O/S, since the buy back announcement, will ultimately increase by 4 billion shares, leaving it at over 10 billion altogether. It's currently at around 9 and a quarter billion.

The only recourse is a reverse split.
