H.O.G., your dates are incorrect. Once they become a fully reporting company with regular filings as required for OTCBB or higher exchange, and assuming they do not change their year end date, they would be as follows:

Q1, Q2, Q3 all due within 45 days after end of quarter.
E.G., end of Q1= Aug. 31, therefore 10Q due by Oct. 15, etc. for all future quarters except fiscal year ending quarter.
For year end filing, 10K, due date is withing 90 days. I.E., 90 days after May 31 if they stick with the same fiscal year.
Actually I hope they change to a more common calendar year as with most other big boy companies.
