In the opposite corner of the ring we have overweight, bloated, past-his-prime, commie-loving, $17,000,000,000-in-debt, public-parasite Codelco trying to postpone its inevitable pending doom/obsolescence under this new vibrant government of Sebastian Pinera. Heavyweight Champion Martin Borda will be fighting with white-colored regulation 10-ounce boxing gloves... Heavyweight Champion Martin Borda will be reminding the Court that Codelco is a Copper-based business (ie parasite of the government) whose original public charter was written to allow Codelco to engage in copper-related business ONLY and as such has no authority in Maricunga presiding/lording over prime 3rd party lithium businesses being developed by honest middle-class taxpaying law-abiding upstanding Chilean companies trying to rebuild this wrecked nation ravaged by 8 years (2011-2017) of free-loading, promise-everything-but-do-nothing, greasy-palm, lazy commies under Michele Bachelet and that useless cow Aurora Williams.

Heavyweight Champion Martin Borda will demonstrate/illustrate that if the Court decides to sheit on MSB then every other junior miner who is watching this first Test Case like a hawk will very likely throw up their hands and move their mining businesses to Peru or Argentina... or Gawd-forbid... to Bolivia who they will then gladly support Eva Morales in the World Court to annex a piece of northern Chile (through prime real estate Atacama) for access from landlocked Bolivia to the Pacific Ocean to facilitate oceanic shipment of their freshly-mined Bolivian lithium to China as Chile looks on crying like a powerless little baby.

I am thinking that in the now-faster-approaching-end of this Test Case that the court is secretly/quietly going to root for Heavyweight Champion Martin Borda. I know I will be rooting for Martin Borda.
