I would have dumped my millions of shares If I suspected Mr. Alper was running a scam. I think he has a vision but I am fairly certain He has no means to bring it to fruition at this time. I don't think last years press releases were necessarily intended to scam or steal from anyone. I do honestly think He overstated and mislead the investors and I would be very surprised if He and others in his circle of confidants did not bank a lot of money with all the tens of millions of shares they own, or did own ??
When Joshua Alper announced last year the launch of the facility in Canada to grow Cannabis it was in reality a major earth shattering, thundering announcement in the world of penny stocks. It had the power to create millions of value in minutes. 5 billion shares suddenly worth over 25 million dollars at .0057. , from about 500 thousand dollars at .0001. More than 25 million dollars was created on paper, """not Pennies""".
With all due respect Jeterman1, that's a lot of ""pennies"" and in fact I would suggest to You a temptation to make that kind of profit is very hard to resist. The reason stocks are risky and penny stocks are so volatile is thousands have not been able to resist the temptation to line their own pockets at the expense of small investors.

of Cannabis I was stunned. Suddenly my faith in BLDV was going to pay off big time, millions of shares to fund my retirement.
How shocking was it to long time investors and the penny stock world ?? Well kindly indulge me for a minute and imagine we investors were meeting in Salt Lake City when suddenly the Arch Angel on top of the Mormon Tabernacle sounded it's Trumpet in an ear shattering, deafening roar and made the announcement that BLDV would make all of us very
""Wealthy"" if we only had Faith.
Since then the Press releases have been toned down considerably. Let's see, how would I describe the recent ones, Sans the Arch Angel.

This is why I appreciate the DD of Kool Aid Man and others who brought me back down to earth. Good thing I didn't quit my day job last year.
Like all of You I still have some faith in BLDV, great things are possible if Joshua Alper keeps plugging. I guess all we can hope for is a minor miracle in that someone with deep pockets will show up with around 20 million bucks. Take care Everyone !!!
