Well, I'm piecing together a theory based on tweets from MSPC and Etelix... notice they tweeted "#IPO" when giving advance of their shareholder letter (March 6th)

Then notice how Etelix on their twitter (last 2 updates) has included these lines...

"Working as a Team @Etelix @metrospaces !!!"
"@Etelix Working as a team with our main shareholder @Metrospaces !!!!"

This language sounds very similar to other companies that have announced merger/new public offering spinoffs.
