CONFERENCE CALL HIGHLIGHTS:
1. The CEO confirmed again that the new acquisition is in West Palm Beach city and the deal will be closed in Q2. The new pharmacy's biggest customers are long term care facilities.
2. The company is currently in active negotiations with a second pharmacy as an acquisition target.
3. They are considering an acquisition or forming joint venture with one or more CBD suppliers, which will be the easiest way to commercialize their CBD products. They are also considering developing their own products independently.
4. They are meeting with Law Firms in preparation for a future uplist to the NASDAQ. They will fully file with SEC as part of the preparation work asap.
5. Ms. Mars completed filming the presentation today. They will finish up the editing tomorrow and will send it to Wall Street Forum Investors and post it on the company's website. Some Wall Street Forum investors already sent email requests to the company for the presentation video.
6. They are considering partnering with other out-of-state pharmacies to implement their highly successful business PharmCo model.
7. They just received an out-of-state license from Minnesota several day ago. Now they have total 14 state licenses.
Closing remarks: Ms. Mars reflected on the past 10 years she has been working with/at Progressive. She is very proud of the whole team for their hard work and devotions to the company's growth. She expressed great gratitude to the board members for their trust in her to lead the company since 2016. She's very confident the company will do even greater things for their customers, for communities and for shareholders in the years to come.
