Well, I think there is a fund which could absorb this 550k Shares easily
And there is a private Investor which already holds a big stage in DSNY Shares, also he could easily absorb this sell volume in order to Keep the Price Level.

Because it`s clear from whom this pressure is coming.

From both parties we have a repesentant in our board of directors !
