Not at all.... if you even read the previous PR, they are no longer going to be using laser deposition to dope the cells, this was Dr. Levy's area of expertise... My opinion on this, is that they have an anxious developer that wants a product/technology that they can get in a manufacturing line ASAP, again my opinion, but it makes sense based on what we are seeing as of late.
