Insiders Are So Greedy

All info from S-1

Looks like insiders received:
1) Salary of $80k+/year with option to purchase shares
2) Received common shares
3) Received preferred shares

And this does NOT include the preferred shares (worth ~$3 Mil)that went to MCIG; where MCIG can further issue to insiders without telling anyone.

In addition, I may have missed it, but there are no constraints as to when insiders can sell their stocks

All in all, insiders got paid at least $3 mil w/ the purchase of CR(APP)

And getting so much more in terms of salary, issuance of common shares, issuance of preferred shares, and future issuance of preferred shares that haven't been given to insiders.

AND THAT DOESN'T EVEN INCLUDE THE FACT THAT PAUL AND ALEX ARE GETTING PAID SALARY BY KRYPNETWORKS.

KN is likely also paying Paul and Alex common shares and/or preferred shares from KrypNetworks.

All mcig shareholders get is 1 OBITX share for every 1000 MCIG shares owned. MCIG sharesholders should feel like they bent over and got abused by MCIG from the backside.
