MMEX, another disappointing day.

In monitoring the various MMEX information channels, I happy to say that I’m still around, for those who were concerned that facts about MMEX might be in short supply (unlike plentiful, and very cheap MMEX shares) absent my contributions. But I’m still here - there is nothing I had to say, watching the comedy, that is any more powerful than what MMEX didn’t say.

- no substantive news about the meeting with Congressman Hurd - a new “wait until Thursday” until the Fort Stockton Pioneer provides coverage, etc.
- rumors of “energy directors” (whatever those are) meeting with Mad J.
- clear uncertainty from formerly giddy MMEX proponents, left to wonder, absent any news at all

Even the MMEX comedy show, generating so much laughter becomes exhausting after a while, so I decided to sit back, and watch all the giddy MMEX proponents, across all the MMEX comedy channels, gyrate into self-destruction. The outcome exceeded my wildest imagination, and expectations - congratulations to you all...

What is factual, MMEX closed below 0.01 for the 75th consecutive trading day, and down. Again. 11.2-million dilutive T-trades. Sell volume leading buy volume more than 4:1!

T-trades alone were nearly 38% of the total volume, and MMEX is back again to its 52-week low.

The dumping is far from over. Dumping 220-million MMEX shares, in the hands of one toxic lender alone, Vista, is going to bleed MMEX for some time yet to come. Vista controls the PPS right now, and the lower the PPS goes, the more cheap shares Vista gets to convert, profiting on both sides of the transaction.

Still no project financing, or any positive news at all.

All that is fact - not speculation.

MMEX is now another day closer to de-listing from OTCQB - the only thing that saves it is a corporate action, in the form of a reverse split, which can still take place up to and including March 29.

MMEX doesn’t need my help to go down - MMEX itself guaranteed that, by taking on more than $2.1-million in toxic death-spiral financing. The chart says it all:
