Don't think it's a Ponzi scheme. But it's a company full of related transactions with other companies that the executives own. And there are a LOT of those companies. Monies are being loaned to/from those companies and it seems like collecting rent from the tenants is a difficult process. If they do collect rent, everyone has their hand out to get a portion of what they are owed back.
Couple that with the on again/off again relationship between Harding and McKowen and you have investors wanting to avoid this company and it's drama.
