Based on convertible note structure the PV (present value) of the shares were set at roughly $.25/share. Far below current market price. Does not surprise me that JC is participating. I would have taken that deal.
A note about fountain, I tried to get fountain started with them and did not hear back. Distributor was out of Chicago I was told. Pricing offered was very competitive, have not heard back in about a year. I'm no 7-11 but 6,000 gallons a year of syrup isn't tiny either.
