I'm not sure if you know the area but, Fairhaven and Freetown not allowing recreational sales really isn't a big deal. Freetown would have allowed only one store even if it voted to allow it and Fairhaven is much larger. Recreational stores will be allowed in many of the surrounding towns and cities.
Lack of capital and execution is what holds this company back, not state and local policies. Recreational is coming on July 1 whether ACAN is ready or not. We all know that's a big NOT.
