Pretty sad that shareholders have been ripped off , and even sadder the SEC found it necessary to keep information that could have helped shareholders recover some losses.
The SEC is most interested in protecting their own so that they may graduate into the business they help protect.
I am dumbfounded that the judge so quickly allowed the disc to be tucked away from the people who are supposed to be protected .
