I would imagine that when the new fins get filed they are going to reflect share reductions that have been discussed here over the last several months. Even L put out a press release stating an agreement to hold less than a beneficial amount of 5%
These agreements are time consuming and sometimes executed several times before all the lawyers get happy.
Then the certs have to be ordered from the clearing houses which is worse that going to the DMV
Once that is done they have to be sent to the ta with a resolution to retire

All of these things are time consuming
