READ IT AGAIN SLOW....SMALL CO.OFFERING (they are offering to sell me and you shares also thru your broker)but when you have a large institutional buyer they(the company) are offering to sell them shares or securities OFFERING ISNT LIKE US HITTING THE SELL BUTTON...THEY ARE OFFERING AGAIN TO SELL THESE PEOPLE SHARES WHO WANT TO OWN A PIECE OF THE PIE!!Damn is that so hard to understand????
