My guess is that Groman and company insisted

that as private investors, their money goes to

the actual research so the intellectual capital

cannot be attributed to sold VNTH shares. This builds up

Nanobeak while giving us nothing. They've floated the

claim that we'll go up when they gain but how much and likely BS.

That way we have no actual gain in value related to our commitment to

the ORIGINAL REASON PEOPLE INVESTED: THE TECH,

not the toilet cleaning and tuckus wiping that I suspect

VNTH-specific money is "earmarked" for.
