kramrer, thanks for putting this out there. perhaps it is true. I hope so. but you know what really discouraged me in this, in the 2nd filing you listed, the Redibev Global Corporation. If you scroll down the filing a bit, where he lists Redibev for the 2nd time, he spells Global as "Gobal" - and this is classic Gene Newton. He doesnt even take the time and care and professionalism, for such a simple, basically 10 minute form, to SPELL THEN NAME OF THE COMPANY RIGHT. And so it seems to be more of the same. He did not even properly proofread it, or have someone else look it over. And I imagine the address is just his, what, apartment?
and what would we get anyway, a 5 million:1 reverse split out of it? I hope not.
