I want to believe that there is something HUGE going on behind the scenes and it's a race against time. AMDA can only raise money right now with private loans and the right's offering. I think the real question is whether we (AMDA) can keep this up until the major event happens or they are allowed to file for an increase in Authorized Shares (AS), which is August right? So if no merger between now and August, we could be in trouble if they file to increase the AS to like 25 million shares. That would suck as we'd go back to penny land and it truly would be wash-rinse-repeat.
