P*Rik needs to be proactive and not wait until people are demanding answers.

As shareholders, we do have a stake in the company and a right to be informed in a timely manner of anything affecting performance, growth or stock price.
When a stock starts to tank, it is very reasonable to expect a statement in general.

Frankly I think these emails and texts hold zero value as PR. They throw out the same old lines to buy yet more time.

Valuable PR will have something of substance and will be released to all, not just directly to one individual by email of friggin FB messenger.
