I'm sorry but it is true that the PPS dropped from $.0025 to $.0001 AND there is no demand for shares in VICT. Maybe that will change and I hope so for the many shareholders. I hold 1M shares and a little over $2K invested here - so, it won't matter much for me. But, I realize there are a few who are severely under water. Let's hope for a rally so people can get out - if they want to.
