Overall I agree with the points you laid out, however, toxic debt is the usual killer with these pink companies despite revenue growth. It often comes down to management and proper execution. Just look at GE. Hardly a pink stock, but you wouldn't know that based upon the issues they are going through. Management is key with these companies. If Ballas is legit, we might end up ok, even with the debt. If not, we're screwed. The problem is by the time it becomes clear, it's often times too late. That's where transparency comes into play, but Ballas is not known for that.
