Sealed and protected information? Why did the SEC have to seal and protect information from the public and shareholders if that information affected them?
Release the documents and redact any pertinent info.
We as shareholders deserve to see ALL the information the SEC has regarding our company.
This looks really bad - a public institution put in place to protect shareholders has to seal and get a protective order ? Just who is the SEC protecting ??????
