It doesn't say she is going to be gone. However, why would that be negotiated at this point in time. Golden parachutes are common, actually expected. The timing of the filing is the interesting part. The terms are just basic. The act of filing it now shows that some type of negotiations are under way.

In my opinion, that is a very positive thing. Positive enough that I jumped into the pool once more.
