So Groman and Nanobeak hold the right to convert hundreds of millions of shares of common stock because the price of wallpaper has gone up? Come on man, they will convert there shares to fund Nanobeak via the sale of VNTH common stock and at that point I will make my exit.

Also Nanobeak cannot take and IPO since JB is banned for life from serving on a public board or participating in a stock offering. Thus should Nanobeak do an IPO, JB will convert his VNTH shares to get his money on the way out the door.
