The toxic debt is what kept this <0.03 for 2017 and with this new round of toxic debt, I have a hard time believing 2018 will see a new high with the pps due to the downward pressure the debt will have on the stock. Another concern going forward is the AS. We know the current AS is at 900 million. We also know with the last round of debt, the shares needed to clear that debt would exceed the AS with Ballas either raising the AS or paying the remaining debt in cash. With this new round of toxic debt, the AS almost certainly would have to be raised significantly unless Ballas has an ace up his sleeve...which I doubt. Thoughts??
