When he sold off laborsmart branches he gave himself a 200,000 dollar bonus. Said he deserved it all while screwing shareholders. Schadel now desperate. He couldn't sell the laborsmart branches, so now he sells the patent. Shareholders should sue as once this company loses the patent, it has zero value.
