If you watched the video you would know that management hasn't sold one share of the stock. Brad was quite specific in pointing that out and you can go to insider-monitor dot com to see if anyone in the ownership circle was selling.
Also if you look at the size of the trades you would see they are not in large chunks so unless you are just looking for a quick 100 or less, the transaction fees alone would kill your profits.
