I'm curious... where did this Bafer character generate his millions of dollars in revenues? Looking at his Big Top Productions filings he's never made them anything and before that he was a stock broker then fund manager.. Given how much successful fund managers make, I can only assume he let his license lapse because he wasn't that good and thought he could do better pumping a penny stock.

Regardless, the one thing he does have is some really really aggressive sales folks trying to sell restricted stock at the offer... something that flies in the face of reason.

That disclaimer that the stock pump back in January was nothing of their doing... I've read that disclaimer on quite a few stocks over the years and never yet have I seen one that went on to become some kind of real valuable company.

I'm staying away from this one and would recommend you do the same.
